Mixed models can be combined in one container, and colour or logo customisation is available from the standard MOQ.

Yes. We ship single samples of most tables, chairs and stools by express courier so you can check the frame, foam and stitching before committing. Sample cost is quoted per model and is normally credited back against your first bulk order.

Standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid against a copy of the bill of lading. Payment via Alibaba Trade Assurance or an irrevocable L/C at sight can be arranged for larger orders.

Yes. We produce under your brand: custom upholstery colours, embroidered or printed logos, logo plates, branded carry bags, printed cartons, user manuals and barcodes. We also develop new sizes and frames (ODM) from your drawings or a reference sample.

Tables, chairs and stools are upholstered in PU or PVC leatherette with a wide range of colour swatches, from black, cream and burgundy to sage, pink and sky blue. Foam thickness (4–7 cm), table width, face cradle style and accessories can be specified per order.

Yes — logos can be embroidered or heat-pressed on the table top or carry bag, applied as a metal or PVC badge on the frame, and printed on the outer carton. Send a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and we prepare a digital proof before production.

Portable wooden tables use solid beech hardwood legs and frames; lightweight portable tables use aluminum alloy or steel legs; stationary spa beds use solid wood frames with a lower storage shelf. All portable tables use steel cable or wooden-brace support systems.

Many of our models are supplied with CE marking, and test reports from third-party labs (for example SGS) can be provided for the relevant models. Tell us your target market and we confirm the documents available for each item before you order.

Every batch goes through incoming material checks (wood, foam density, leatherette), in-line checks during upholstery and a final inspection covering stability, height-adjustment, stitching and packaging. Third-party pre-shipment inspections arranged by the buyer are welcome.

Typical lead time is 25–35 days after deposit for standard models and 35–45 days for customised or new models. Samples are usually ready to ship within 3–7 days.

Goods are loaded at Shanghai or Ningbo. We quote EXW, FOB and CIF/CFR as standard, and can arrange door-to-door delivery (DDP) to many destinations through our forwarders.

A standard portable table packed in a 95 × 20 × 75 cm carton loads roughly 170–180 units in a 20ft container, 340–360 in a 40ft and 400–430 in a 40ft HQ container, depending on stacking. Use our container loading calculator for any model.

Several models are available from one piece for testing your market. For regular dropshipping programmes, contact us with your target countries and monthly volume so we can recommend the most efficient fulfilment route.

Our tables and stools carry a warranty against manufacturing defects in frame and upholstery — typically up to 2 years depending on the model. Spare parts such as face cradles, cables, hinges and gas lifts are available for distributors.
